If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, you can do so by contacting us within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the goods are damaged or incorrect. Items must be returned via Evri drop-off.
If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you will be refunded for any returned item/s in a saleable condition. Any refund may be withheld until we have received the item/s back. We do not refund postage costs. It is recommended that item/s are returned using a tracked or signed for service to ensure proof of delivery and insurance for the item/s in transit. Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the returned item/s.
